One day decorating is a style of decorating made popular
by many television
shows featured
on HGTV, TLC, and other home improvement networks.
Tameika Stringfield obtained Bachelors and Masters
degrees from the University of North Carolina  at
Chapel Hill and has worked in the pharmaceutical
research industry
for more than a decade. Tameika is a certified member
of the One Day Decorating Alumni Association and the
Society of Decorating Professionals. Besides having
natural talent and an eye for decorating, Tameika was
trained by one
of the most sought after decorators in the southeastern
United States. However, she attributes her penchant for
decorating to her Grandmother. Tameika started
decorating as a teenager and hasn't stopped since. Her
eye for detail, sense of style, and her ability to pull
it all together has been cultivated for more than 20
years!
